Achievements

  • Design, development and implementation of helpdesk software.
  • Setting up and chairing of an administrative group, which shared knowledge and formed good practices increasing the performance of the administration team.
  • Changing of mail out dates for national survey through the collection of and analysis of statistical information which was presented to and approved by the Government’s Senior Statistician. This resulted in the shortening of the survey lifecycle.
